Common Problems We Fix
The overwhelming majority of Scotsman calls are production loss from scale on the evaporator, which a proper descaling and sanitizing cycle resolves. Beyond that we replace water pumps that have weakened, auger gearmotors on nugget machines that have seized, and inlet valves that leak or fail to fill. When production falls and the water side checks out, we move to the sealed system.
